Ollie’s Haven makes no profit. All proceeds from re-homing, donations, etc are all used to feed the animals, pay for vets bills, transport and all other costs.
Ollie’s Haven ask for a re-homing fee towards the costs involved in rescuing, transporting, feeding, vets bills, etc. We normally ask for a MINIMUM donation as follows;
Dogs – £100
Cats – £35
Small Mammals - £10
Ponies - start from £180 for companions / unbroken
Other animals – POA
All potential homes are checked by our trained volunteers to ensure the home is suitable for the pet you are looking to re-home. We consider the requirements of the animal first, so if we feel the best interests of the animal will not be met, we may refuse to allow the adoption. This does not necessarily mean that the home is not suitable for another animal. We make no apologies for this, and we hope potential adopters understand.
Ollie’s Haven hope that all adoptions are permanent, but if the adoption does not work, we will help. If we don’t have room ourselves, we will try and find a foster home, or ideally another forever home.
